Service Description
We are providing 4 week online strength training program, designed specifically for women. Through our strength training app, users can access personalized workouts, and guidance, all aimed at helping women achieve their personal goals and maintain a balanced lifestyle. There are 2 full body session provided per week and these will be personalised to you, so we do require a discovery call first to plan.
